Why I built coachmanagement
A personal note from Augstya, once a student in one of these very batches
Growing up in a small town, my favourite teachers were the ones who held back-to-back coaching batches in small rooms. They poured their heart into explaining tricky physics formulas and algebra concepts.
Yet every Sunday evening, I saw them sitting with folded notebooks, scanning through UPI payment messages on their phones, trying to figure out which student's parent had sent ₹1,500 from an unfamiliar account. They felt awkward calling parents about overdue fees, and several thousand rupees slipped through the cracks every single month.
They didn't need complex, bloated school ERPs designed for 500-seat international schools. They just needed a clear answer to one simple question: Who has paid, and who hasn't?

1. Data Collection: We collect student rosters (name, phone, parent name, enrolled batch) solely for ledger administration on behalf of the registered tutor or coaching institute.
2. Bank Confidentiality: coachmanagement never records, handles, or requests student or tutor bank account pins, UPI passwords, or card tokens.
3. Data Isolation: Your student database is protected by encrypted multi-tenant barriers. We will never sell, rent, or monetize your contact records to educational publishers or third-party advertisers.
4. Inquiries: Direct privacy queries to or WhatsApp +91 98200 12345.
Terms of Service
1. Service Nature: coachmanagement is an administrative productivity ledger. We do not guarantee fee recovery from parents or assume liability for unpaid dues.
2. Account Usage: Subscriptions are non-transferable without written authorization. You are responsible for preserving user credentials within your coaching centre.
3. Export Guarantee: You retain complete intellectual ownership of student records and can export CSV files freely at all times.
Refund Policy
1. 14-Day Guarantee: If coachmanagement does not reduce your administrative workload within 14 days of activation, you can request a 100% no-questions-asked refund on monthly subscription fees.
